Ikki is a player. But that's about all I know of him before playing his route... (EMOTE)
His route (world) opens with the Heroine in her own home and as she looks for clues as to who she is,
she gets a call from Ikki (Ikkyu in her cellphone) and then they go on a date.

SPOILERS FROM HERE ON OUT SO BEWARE

The way Ikki is first shown, adored by all those girls, already sets the scene for him being a player.
(And then he mentions a "condition" being the cause of the girls obsessing over him whenever he doesn't wear sunglasses...)
